Knicker Walk raises more than £1,500!!

The prospect of the best of British weather did little to dampen spirits at Nikki’s Knicker Walk.

More than 150 came to support the event in all manner of sunflower knicker inspired attire, attracting the interest of pedestrians and motorists alike, who hooted their appreciation.

More than £1,500 was raised through sale of (over 3,000) raffle tickets, guess the name of the bear (Spencer), face painting and direct donations.

Many thanks to Sam, Andy, Mandy, Cassy and everybody who helped make this a fantastic event a great success; we hope to repeat the event next year when we look forward to being bathed in sunshine.

If you’ve not seen Nikki on the Restoration Man program, it’s now available online click here to go to the Channel 4 website.
